Hospital Bed Rental
$299.00/month + tax
Hospital bed ready for use. These beds are constantly being cleaned and serviced to make sure they stay in perfect working condition. Rentals are ideal for short-term or transitional situations. The beds are officially owned by the leasee after the 14th consecutive month of leasing. We help service and troubleshoot the bed for the entire time it is leased.
Transportation Services
$99.00
If you already have a hospital bed with us and need it moved to a different residence or property, we make the moving process seamless. We will assist with the planning to ensure everything is set up and ready to go on moving day. The price is set for locations in the San Luis Obispo County. For transportation to a location outside SLO County, there may be a mileage fee added to the final price.
Refurbished Hill-Rom Versacare Hospital bed

If you plan to keep the bed long-term, we offer the option to purchase it outright. These beds go through the same rigorous cleaning and testing procedures to keep up with our company’s standards. We offer a 90-day guarantee for all mechanical issues. Delivery and set-up fees are included in the total cost. Please ask about our Buy-Back program!

Our mission is to provide quality hospital beds to those in need, for however long they need them. We understand that caring for a loved one can be stressful. We hope that by providing a quality bed and exceptional service, we can take some of those worries away. We are local to San Luis Obispo, CA, and serve the Central Coast and surrounding areas. HomeCare Essentials was formed in 2024 due to the lack of private hospital bed referrals in the area. We believe that people should be able to choose whether or not they want a comfortable care bed in their home, without the need for a prescription from their primary care physician.
